This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic leader with extensive early years experience to drive excellence across nursery settings, support staff development, and ensure the highest standards of childcare, safeguarding, and education are consistently achieved. The Role The Executive Head of Nursery will provide strong leadership and strategic direction across the nursery provision, ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous improvement across all areas of the business. Key responsibilities include: • Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across nursery settings, • Driving outstanding standards in teaching, learning, safeguarding, and care, • Leading and developing Nursery Managers and senior leadership teams, • Monitoring and improving quality assurance, policies, and procedures, • Ensuring full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements, • Supporting recruitment, staff retention, and workforce development, • Managing budgets, occupancy targets, and overall nursery performance, • Building strong relationships with parents, external agencies, and stakeholders, • Leading on inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture across all settings The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will: • Hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above, • Have significant leadership experience within early years or nursery settings, • Demonstrate strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted frameworks, • Have experience managing multiple teams or settings, • Possess excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills, • Be passionate about delivering exceptional early years education and care, • Have the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams effectively, • Be commercially aware with strong operational management experience What the Organisation Offers • A senior leadership opportunity within a growing organisation, • Competitive salary and benefits package, • Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities, • Supportive and collaborative leadership structure, • The opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple nursery settings
