The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of general repairs, maintenance and remedial works across residential and commercial properties. You will help ensure properties are safe, well maintained and fully functional for occupants, tenants and site users. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a broad range of practical maintenance skills who takes pride in completing work to a high standard.
