Job Advertisement: Support Worker Location: Hatfield Position: Support Worker (Days and Nights) We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team at our site is a specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service for children and young people aged 8 up to 18 years. Each treatment programme is tailored to the needs of the young person. • Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type), • Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available, • Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting, • Ability to work effectively within a team, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery, • PMVA Certificate required - you CANNOT support here without this training, • Indate and Clean DBS, • Support patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity, • Assist healthcare professionals in implementing care plans and therapeutic activities, • Encourage patient independence and engagement in rehabilitation tasks, • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and any observations This is a great opportunity for a support wo...
