We are seeking a reliable Sleep-In Support Worker to join our team in a semi-independent supported accommodation placement. This is a sleep-in role with light support duties, not a waking-night position or a full daytime shift. Duties include: • Overnight sleep-in presence, • Basic evening/morning check-ins, • Supporting routine and independence, • Providing light emotional reassurance, • Encouraging appointment attendance where needed, • Maintaining safeguarding awareness, • Completing daily notes and handover reports Compensation: • 3-night rota: approximately £195–£225 per week, • 4-night rota: approximately £260–£300 per week, • Additional agreed 1:1 or waking-night support will be discussed and compensated separately, • Pay may increase depending on experience; priority will be given to those who can commit to a 2-week live-in arrangement at a competitive rate. Requirements: • Enhanced DBS preferred, or willingness to complete one, • Experience with young people, mental health support, trauma-informed care, supported accommodation, or general care is preferred, • Must be calm, reliable, professional, and capable of maintaining clear boundaries Start Date: ASAP, subject to placement confirmation
