Contract: Full-time Working pattern: Hybrid (on-site & home-based) Experience required: Minimum 1 year UK experience as an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist About the Role We are recruiting Physiotherapists across the UK to train and work as Functional Assessors, supporting the delivery of high-quality health assessments that contribute to important public services. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking a more structured working pattern, improved worklife balance, and clear career progression. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will use your clinical expertise to assess individuals functional abilities through a combination of clinical observations, evidence reviews, and structured consultations. Full training is provided, and previous Functional Assessor experience is not required. What We Offer • Competitive salary ranging from £37,500 to £49,934, depending on location, • Hybrid working model, combining on-site assessment centre days with home-based reporting, • Structured remuneration uplifts:, • £1,000 increase at 6 months, • Additional £1,000 increase at 12 months, • Performance-based bonus schemes in line with client policies, • Full training programme with ongoing CPD and clinical development, • Stable, permanent full-time employment, • Opportunities across the whole of the UK, with roles available in multiple regionsKey Responsibilities, • Conduct functional assessments with claimants using a structured, clinical approach, • Review medical evidence and produce high-quality clinical reports, • Work within professional standards and HCPC guidelines, • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practice, • Be a HCPC-registered Physiotherapist, • Have a minimum of 1 years post-registration experience working as a Physiotherapist in the UK, • Possess strong clinical reasoning and communication skills, • Be comfortable working with technology in a hybrid environment
