Qualifications: - Proven experience as a sous-chef in a tapas restaurant. - In-depth knowledge of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine. - Excellent leadership and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully. - Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred. Minimum required experience: 6 months Spanish speakers are preferable for all positions to enhance our guests' experience and maintain the authenticity of our restaurant.
