Headquartered and founded in Australia, CTM has offices all around the world, including Europe, Asia, North America, Australia and New Zealand. ___ About the Role The Risk and Compliance Manager reports to the Head of Legal and is responsible for establishing, leading, and overseeing the risk and compliance framework for CTM UK/EU. This role ensures the organisation meets all relevant UK regulatory, contractual, and ethical obligations, as well as internal governance policies, while proactively identifying and mitigating operational, financial, regulatory, reputational and supplier risks inherent in the corporate travel sector. The position plays a critical part in maintaining trust with corporate clients, travellers, suppliers, and regulators, and in enabling responsible business growth. ✔ Delivers contractual obligations and transparent reporting ✔ Meets UK travel regulations (IATA, ATOL, when applicable) ✔ Maintains safe, legal relationships with suppliers ✔ Follows UK bribery, competition, and tax requirements ✔ Trains staff to operate to UK corporate travel standards Skills & Experience • Proven experience managing risk registers and compliance frameworks., • Excellent relationship management and communication skills and stakeholder management, • Strong analytical, investigative, and organisational abilities., • Ability to manage complex regulatory environments and interpret legal requirements pragmatically., • High integrity, sound judgement, and confidentiality., • 5–10 years of experience in compliance, risk, or governance, preferably within a TMC, travel sector organisation, or regulated service industry., • Experience working with large corporate clients and their audit/compliance requirements. -Background in GDS, travel technology, or corporate travel operations.
