Sales Manager Location: Blackpool (Hybrid) + UK Travel Salary: £60,000 base + very generous commission structure The Opportunity We’re partnering with a private equity-backed engineering services business on an exciting growth journey, with a current turnover of circa £20m and clear plans to scale significantly over the coming years. They’ve built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality electrical solutions across commercial environments and now they’re looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of the commercial function and play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of growth. This is more than just a sales role it’s an opportunity to build, shape, and lead a function, with genuine influence and visibility at board level. ⚡ What You’ll Be Driving You’ll take full ownership of sales strategy and execution across a broad and growing service offering, including electrical installation, maintenance, compliance, and renewable energy solutions (solar, battery storage, EV charging).
