Your new company UK subsidiary of a global R&D organisation. Your new role We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Junior HR Business Partner to support our site, supporting c130 employees. This is mainly a site-based role within a dynamic environment, offering the opportunity to contribute to a successful business. Key Responsibilities: • Provide end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, welfare meetings, and offboarding., • Partner with people leaders to coach and develop management capability., • Support employee engagement initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR systems and processes., • Administer benefits, collect payroll data, and manage employment changes., • Collaborate on group-wide projects and harmonisation efforts across UK sites., • Contribute to the implementation of a new Time & Attendance system., • Support talent development and training initiatives in partnership with the central Talent team., • A hands-on HR professional with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset., • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment., • 26 days annual leave, on-site parking, flexible benefits., • Work in a lovely office setting with a supportive team and meaningful work.
