Things are about to get even more exciting! What You’ll Do We are looking for a full-time Community Associate to join our clubs. Our Community Associates are the first point of contact for our members and their guests. This role is pivotal to the success of our clubs. You’ll be the face of UNTIL, build long lasting relationships with our members and play a crucial role in ensuring they have a great experience with every visit to our clubs. There are three key components to this role: 1) Deliver Best-In-Class Service - welcome members and guests with genuine warmth and care. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of construction and maintenance tasks across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and tiling. Complete repairs, installations, and renovations according to project specifications and industry standards. Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within deadlines. Conduct assessments and inspections to identify issues and determine the best course of action for repairs or improvements. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment at all times. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors to coordinate work and address any concerns. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects. Troubleshoot and resolve problems that may arise during construction or maintenance activities.
