Who You Are • A bar professional from a luxury lifestyle property — ideally with a background in Parisian or design-led hospitality., • Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage., • Holder of a Personal License., • Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and champagne (WSET Level 3 preferred)., • A natural host — magnetic, composed, and effortlessly engaging., • Financially astute, operationally precise, and artistically inspired., • Experienced in leading, training, and developing high-performing teams., • Calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, and always impeccable., • A sound understanding of UK Health & Safety, Licensing, and GDPR compliance requirements.
