This business has been operating for over 80 years and has circa 600 staff. You'll be employed on a permanent basis and manage the end to end payroll process for both weekly and monthly payrolls. Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries, communicating clearly and confidently with colleagues and managers., • Produce payroll reports where needed for Finance, HR, and senior leadership., • Oversee payroll systems to ensure optimal functionality and regulatory compliance. Driving efficiencies within the payroll department including implementing new systems and improving the existing processes., • Support payroll integration with time and attendance and accountancy systems.
