We are looking for a host to join our team as part of our BIBO restaurant. BIBO is our beautiful Spanish restaurant based in the Mondrian Shoreditch. It is the concept of three Michelin-Star chef Dani García and combines García’s Andalusian heritage with the techniques and ingredients of each BIBO location to create dishes that are loved around the globe. We are currently seeking a professional Pizza Chef with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, who possesses a genuine affinity for Italian cuisine and culture, particularly a passion for hospitality and hosting.
