Fern is a premium 'all-day' sharing plates concept, opening for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Plus, Saturday Brunch, and Sunday Roast. In addition, Fern boasts a drinks program that rivals some of the best bars in the country. Fern is located next to East Croydon train, bus and tram stations. Making it ideal for commuters from surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have reasonable relevant experience of helping manage a premium restaurant or bar and will possess the personality traits and skills needed to deliver an outstanding guest experience, manage a profitable business, and lead a happy, effective, and well-trained team. We are looking for hands-on managers who lead from the front, and don’t shy away from getting involved.
