Main Responsibilities • Analyze customer requirements to design and implement end-to-end process workflows on Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence., • Design and develop complex business rules, listeners, post-functions, and validators using ScriptRunner and Jira Automation., • Execute configuration, customization, and optimization tasks across both Jira Cloud and Data Center environments., • Act as a key point of contact for technical or operational issues during critical phases such as go-live, migrations, and production errors., • Transform standard SDLC and ITSM frameworks into functional and scalable models within the Atlassian ecosystem., • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all implemented solutions on Confluence.
