Residential Property Development Lawyers Konexo Legal Resourcing is receiving an increased demand for interim real estate lawyers who specialise in residential development transactions to provide additional resource support to our in-house clients and the Eversheds Sutherland Real Estate Practice Group What you should have: • At least 5+ years PQE., • Good experience of acting for national housebuilders, land promoters, developers and landowners on residential development and residential investment projects., • Experience conducting due diligence on residential land acquisitions., • Experience negotiating a wide range of legal documentation including sale contracts conditional on planning, promotion and option agreements, collaboration agreements and development agreements., • Experience providing strategic legal advice on overcoming title issues, including liaising with landowners’ solicitors and insurers to secure indemnity policies., • Ability to work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including landowners, surveyors, and planning authorities, to facilitate smooth project progression., • Knowledge of the UK living sector with experience of the build to rent and affordable housing market would be advantageous, but is not essential., • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work accurately under pressure.
