Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages. Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment Cleaning service and seating areas Takes orders for food and drink by writing them on a ticket, entering them into a tablet, or memorising them. Passes customer orders along to kitchen staff for preparation. Prepares drinks and serves them. Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them. Ensures that customers/guests are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary. Removes used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables. Prepares cheques and delivers them to customers/guests; processes credit card payments. Sets tables with dishes, glasses, and flatware and refills condiments. Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information. Meets with managers and wait staff daily or regularly in order to learn about menu changes and specials as well as discuss upcoming reservations and customers with special needs. Drive company vehicles in west London - Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition. - Communicate with customers to confirm pick up / drop offs details and address any concerns or issues. - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle. - Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure Etc. - Requirements: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, pcv, cpc and tachograph is required. - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively. - Strong organizational skills to manage routes efficiently. - Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles. - Flexibility to work from early morning, evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed - This is self employed, adhoc /zero hour contract.
