Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service., • Manage and motivate a team of baristas and staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations., • Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and product quality., • Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and working with vendors.
