We are currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high culinary standards that define our restaurant’s reputation. Key Responsibilities: • Execute and oversee the preparation of dishes in your assigned section, ensuring quality and consistency., • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and refine menu items, demonstrating creativity and innovation., • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards., • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the culinary team., • Assist in inventory management, ordering, and quality control of ingredients., • Contribute to menu development and bring ideas for continuous improvement. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel., • Strong understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines., • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality culinary standards., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. After many successful years with us, our long-standing chef is moving on to a new chapter, and we are now looking for a talented, hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with strong crêperie experience who is looking for more than just a job: a role with stability, autonomy, responsibility, and real influence within a well-run business. About the role As Head Chef, you will take the lead in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining excellent food quality, strong organisation, and a disciplined but positive team culture. You will work closely with the General Manager / Owner and play an important role in maintaining standards, developing seasonal ideas, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and consistently at every service. This role would suit a chef who takes pride in quality, understands cost control, leads by example, and values both structure and autonomy.
