More about your role As Asset Infrastructure Support, you will assist in the coordination and delivery of the company's infrastructure projects ensuring they are delivered within timescales and deadlines. You will be required to work with customers and contractors to be able to provide the best service. You will be responsible for delivering service excellence leading on all administration and data management duties. You will ensure the coordination of all wayleaves, easement and permit to work requests and automated processes. Woking closely for example with fibre, telecom and utility providers coordinating requests, recording, and issuing data while ensuring all information is accurately stored. You will be responsible for ensuring all income to the business is receipted, maximised and data is stored as per regulatory guidance. You will provide administration and data management support to the wider Asset Strategy and Investment teams as required to meet business needs. Ideally we are looking for applicants who are based in the North East to allow easier collaboration with your line manager. More about you We are looking for applications from candidates who have experience of income collection and have the ability to analyse and solve complex problems. You will have strong communication skills with the ability communicate with different stakeholders both internally and externally. You will have strong IT skills, with a good working knowledge of Excel. It would be beneficial for you to have experience with AI.
