What you will do: • Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions to children and young people with complex needs., • Support educational and residential teams in creating therapeutic living and learning environments., • Develop individualised care plans tailored to each young person., • Deliver consultation, workshops, and training to staff to enhance the support offered to students., • Engage with multi-disciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care., • Record and report on clinical assessments and progress. To be part of our team, you should: • Hold a qualification as a Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist and be registered with the HCPC., • Possess proven experience in assessing and supporting children with complex needs., • Be skilled at providing clinically informed environments and leading therapeutic interventions., • Bring a confident and effective leadership style to train and guide teams., • Display excellent organisational skills and initiative., • Remain committed to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
