We currently have an opportunity for a stock and planning administrator to join the team. Main Responsibilities: • Raising works orders for the filling department and complete back into stock., • Ensure correct documentation is provided to filling and dispatch departments (typically labels and operational documents)., • Administer the filing of works orders for the filling department / production department in conjunction with Quality Control., • Be responsible for the movement, addition and removal of stock within the stock system as required., • Allocate stock to sales orders for customer services to arrange dispatch., • Implementing the production schedule which includes raising works orders (batch sheets), printing off and distributing works orders and processing completed worksheets., • Work with various departments including, logistics and customer services and take part in inter-departmental meetings. Raise and place purchase orders for raw materials and non-stock items within the stock system., • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for Operations., • Any other duties as may be required from time to time. Skills and Attributes: • Good organisation and attention to detail, • Basic stock control and order processing knowledge, • Confident using systems and handling data, • Able to work with different departments, • Clear communication skills, • Comfortable preparing reports and paperwork, • Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks
