Requirements & Characteristics • 1–2+ years’ experience in an agency account management role (or similar)., • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills., • Highly organised with strong project management abilities., • Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite., • Positive, proactive, and reliable with strong ownership of tasks and projects., • Strong relationship-builder who can read and respond to client needs., • Graduate with a finance or marketing related degree., • Experience working with Financial Services clients., • Familiarity with Higher Education marketing., • Knowledge of media implementation, optimisation, and reporting.
