We are looking for someone who sits confidently between digital marketing delivery and account ownership. This role could suit an experienced Digital Marketing Executive ready to take on more client responsibility, or an Account Manager with a strong digital skillset who enjoys being hands on. What you will do You will be part of a close knit, multi-disciplinary team working across strategy, content, digital and creative. Your role will be varied, hands on and focused on keeping client work moving and delivering impact. Your day-to-day work will include: • Owning and progressing day-to-day activity across assigned client accounts, taking responsibility for direction, tasks and follow through, • Turning agreed strategy into clear plans, actions and priorities that keep work purposeful and easy for clients to understand, • Delivering and supporting activity across digital channels including email, SEO, paid media, social and content, • Reviewing performance data, identifying what is working, what is not, and feeding insight back into recommendations and plans, • Helping guide client conversations by offering practical digital advice based on performance and platform knowledge, • Briefing internal teams and external partners clearly, ensuring direction and expectations are understood and actionable, • Leading or contributing to client meetings with clear objectives, confident communication and defined actions, • Unblocking stalled work by taking practical action rather than waiting for others, keeping momentum high across all accounts, • Sense checking and quality controlling work before it goes to clients, ensuring clarity, accuracy and purpose, • Reviewing progress against agreed outcomes and adjusting activity when needed to stay aligned with goals and results, • Accurately tracking your time and working within agreed scope, raising risks early where delivery may not be commercially viable, • Spotting opportunities where Koobr could add value and supporting the wider team in shaping recommendations What we are looking for We are not just hiring for skills. You will thrive in this role if you: • Have 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, • Are confident working directly with clients and colleagues, • Have hands on experience with SEO, email marketing, paid media and social, • Can use tools like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush or Mailchimp, • Feel comfortable interpreting performance, spotting issues and talking about results with clarity, • Take responsibility for tasks, keep work moving and maintain momentum even when things are busy or ambiguous, • Manage multiple priorities calmly and logically, • Communicate clearly and work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team, • Understand how time, scope and delivery affect commercial performance Bonus points if you have • Agency or service led marketing experience, • Experience briefing and managing outsourced support, • Confidence creating and reviewing digital content, • Experience with image or video creation and editing Why Koobr?
