The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other repairs. Responsibilities: Repair and maintain buildings and equipment. Inspecting the Apartments to ensure they don’t require any maintenance work. Inspect buildings and equipment for safety and functionality. General carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing tasks will be a daily occurrence. Perform preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems. Order parts and supplies as needed.
