Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team based in Bedford. You will oversee brand visibility, guide paid advertising strategies, develop engaging content, explore new markets and build meaningful partnerships to help more people discover and love the brand. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next chapter of a clothing label with strong values, a loyal customer base and ambitious growth plans. You will manage Meta and Google Ads activity (in collaboration with an agency partner) to achieve target ROAS and customer growth goals. You will review performance, identify opportunities for improvement and support the development of creative campaign ideas through creating fun, stylistic content and brand messaging. Part of this role will include considering market expansion, identifying opportunities for new product lines and how to break into new revenue streams through creative and content driven marketing activities. In addition, you'll support website optimisation by ensuring product updates, collection pages, and the overall online shopping experience align with the brand's goals, collaborating with the wider marketing team to refine the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in digital marketing for D2C or eCommerce brands, ideally within home, fashion or lifestyle. You will be familiar with Shopify, along with an appreciation for curating strong product stories online. You would have had experience in bringing creativity, strategic thinking and adaptability, along with a collaborative approach to driving brand success. Job Summary: We are looking for a driven Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of a specialist product portfolio, including Aseptic Compounding, Oncology, Enteral Feeding, and In-Line Disc Filters. You will act as the voice of the customer, turning clinical needs and market insights into product solutions and marketing strategies that support growth and meet regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams such as Sales, NPD, and Leadership. Based at Helapet’s Head Office in Houghton Regis, the role requires regular field visits (approx. two days per week) to engage with customers and key stakeholders. Personal Specifications: Essential: • Degree-level education in Life Sciences or Healthcare, • Proven experience in Sales and/or Marketing of Medical Devices., • Strong background in Product Management, including full lifecycle involvement from concept through to commercial launch., • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives., • Track record of successful product launches and consistent high performance., • Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, and developing business cases for new medical devices., • Regular engagement with clinical teams, internal sales teams, and end users to inform product direction., • Direct customer interaction, including one-on-one meetings with clinicians, to gather insights and feedback., • Experience collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to shape product strategy and execution Desirable: • Professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing., • Specific experience in Aseptic Compounding or Oncology is highly beneficial., • Experience working closely with KOLs in the Aseptic or Oncology space., • Proven success in managing medical device products from initial concept through to market launch.
