You will: \n\n • Lead on key whole-school priorities\n, • Spearhead the development of mathematics across all year groups and subjects\n, • Drive whole-school mathematics excellence\n, • Lead the strategic vision for mathematics across the school\n, • Promote a culture of mathematical fluency and confidence for all learners\n, • Embed robust, evidence-informed pedagogical approaches across departments\n, • Use data intelligently to identify gaps, inform interventions, and raise outcomes\n, • Ensure consistency and high expectations in maths teaching across all key stages\n\n\nProvide Exceptional Leadership\n\n, • Play a key role within the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to whole-school strategy and improvement\n, • Lead on designated strategic priorities that drive academic excellence and student wellbeing\n, • Line manage teaching and support staff, providing clarity, coaching, and high-quality professional development\n, • Uphold and promote outstanding standards of teaching, learning, and behavior across the school\n, • Model and embed the values and ethos of Lift Firth Park in all aspects of leadership\n\n\nWe Are Seeking a Passionate and Ambitious Leader Who Brings:\n\nEssential Qualifications\n\n, • A degree in Mathematics (or a related subject), PGCE, and Qualified Teacher Status\n, • Recent experience as a teacher or leader in a UK-based school\n, • A strong track record of excellent classroom practice and raising student achievement in maths\n, • A strong understanding of evidence-informed maths pedagogy and curriculum design\n, • Proven experience of improving outcomes within a school setting\n, • The ability to inspire, develop, and influence colleagues at all levels\n\n\nDesirable Qualifications\n\n, • Experience leading whole-school or cross-curricular initiatives\n, • \nCareer Development and Training: Access a wide range of statutory and developmental training to boost your career.\n, • \nInnovative Programs: Our partnership with One World powers our Instructional Excellence Program, along with a comprehensive range of CPD programs tailored to individual and network needs.\n, • \nGenerous Benefits: From your pension plan to healthcare and financial support, we've got you covered.\n
