Day rate subject to experience Contract likely around 3 months with possible extension Key Responsibilities: • Lead the day-to-day management of operating theatres, recovery areas, Endoscopy, and Minor Ops., • Collaborate with Consultants to improve theatre utilisation and streamline surgical workflows., • Support the Endoscopy Lead in service development and achievement of JAG standards., • Promote a positive, safety-first culture aligned with CQC and AfPP standards., • Oversee workforce development, including mentoring and performance management of staff., • Act as the Medical Devices Safety Officer (MDSO), ensuring safe and compliant device use., • Contribute to strategic planning for service expansion and operational excellence., • Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and service delivery performance.
