Data Management Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage petty cash. Manage models coming in for treatments and taking appointments Update and manage databases and filing systems. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements. Team Support Provide administrative assistance to staff members and management. Assist in student onboarding including preparing induction materials. Other Duties Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries. Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives. Skills and Qualifications Essential: Proven experience in an administrative or office management role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Positive personality and attitude ability to think outside the box flexible with working hours, hours can change subject to course schedule.
