Were looking for a Regional Support Officer to motivate and inspire our Care at Home teams that covers our services in the South./ South West. You will be based in Devon areas that currently include our branches in: Exeter and Barnstaple to keep our services running smoothly, support the teams and work peripatetically, stepping in where needed and supporting mobilisation of new services. As an employee you can earn extra money with our 'Refer a friend' scheme About The Role Your daily duties and responsibilities Lead on compliance and regulatory requirements from CQC, Care Act, Local Authority, audits, safeguarding, and serious complaints Working flexibly, and as required step up to branch Manager. Support Managers by mentoring and coaching new or underperforming staff. Help ensure high-quality, person-centred care across all services. Maintain audit files, medication records, and safeguarding logs. Assist with rostering and care plan systems to keep them accurate and compliant. Implement actions from quality and compliance audits. Ensure office teams are proficient in operational processes and software. Maintain office stability through teamwork and leadership. Investigate and report complaints to Operations, CQC, or Safeguarding. Keep records accurate and compliant with company and CQC standards. Hold monthly meetings and attend internal and local authority sessions. Lead on branch recruitment and onboarding alongside Recruitment Team. Work collaboratively and in partnership with internal and external teams to ensure quality assurance and outcomes. Report branch progress to the Regional Support Manager.
