About the position Position title: Executive Search Recruitment Consultant Location: 1 E Parade, Leeds LS1 2AD - 5 days in office Mon-Fri This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with no prior Recruitment experience. You'll be working in a 360 Recruitment role, with focus on permanent placements in the the US market; market specialism will be dependant business & team. • Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long-term partnerships., • Effectively manage end-to-end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation., • Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-date with industry trends., • Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success., • Keep the CRM & databases updated.
