This is a programme-level leadership role focused on advancing industrialised construction, improving delivery predictability, and embedding innovative construction methodologies across a complex portfolio of residential, hospitality, retail, entertainment and infrastructure projects. The Opportunity The organisation is delivering a multi-asset development programme of exceptional scale and complexity. As construction volumes increase, the business is seeking to institutionalise Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), off-site manufacturing, and advanced delivery systems to improve productivity, reduce programme risk, and accelerate delivery.
