    We are looking for a reliable and organized team member to take ownership of the daily order cycle, from the moment a customer places an order to the moment it leaves the building. This is a hands-on, varied role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same. What you’ll be doing: • Processing and printing customer orders across multiple sales channels, • Arranging shipments with carriers and ensuring every order has a tracking number, • Responding to customer messages and queries through marketplace platforms and email, • Monitoring daily tasks, dispatch targets, and delivery timescales, • Working closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly, • Helping with general office and ad hoc tasks as required What we offer: • Full training on all our systems; e-commerce experience is not required, • Consistent, guaranteed weekly hours with no zero-hours uncertainty, • The opportunity to learn about marketplace selling, inventory management, and online retail operations, • Employee discount and a casual dress code What we’re looking for: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, cleaning, warehousing, or another customer-facing role is useful, but full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, punctual, willing to take responsibility, able to work well under pressure, and genuinely motivated to learn. You should be comfortable using a computer and communicating with customers in writing and by phone. Basic spreadsheet skills are helpful, and you should be confident handling email and learning new software. Working hours: • Sunday: 8:30am–6:00pm, • Monday: 8:30am–6:00pm, • Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm, • Saturday: Closed, • Overtime available We may consider applicants who may need a Visa Sponsorship
