    Night Security Officer – Warehouse / Industrial Site - IMMEDIATE START Location: Portsmouth **IMMEDIATE START FOR 8PM TONIGHT 14/7/2026 Hours: 8:00pm–6:00am Position: Self-Employed Duration: Long-term work available for the right candidate Hunter Group Security is looking for a reliable and professional Security Officer to provide overnight guarding at a warehouse within an industrial centre in Portsmouth. Key duties will include: • Maintaining a visible security presence across the site, • Controlling access for authorised staff, visitors and contractors, • Monitoring vehicle and pedestrian movements, • Conducting regular internal and external patrols, • Checking doors, gates, windows and perimeter areas, • Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems where required, • Recording all patrols, incidents and site activity accurately, • Completing handover reports and maintaining the site logbook, • Responding appropriately to alarms, suspicious activity and emergencies, • Reporting health and safety concerns, damage or security breaches, • Following all site instructions and company procedures, • Liaising professionally with site management, emergency services and the Hunter Group Security control team when necessary Candidate requirements: • Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor licence, • Previous warehouse, industrial or construction-site security experience preferred, • Excellent punctuality and reliability, • Professional appearance and communication skills, • Ability to work independently throughout the night, • Good written English for incident reports and logbook entries, • Right to work in the UK, • Access to reliable transport due to the night-time shift hours This role is offered on a self-employed basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own tax affairs, National Insurance contributions and any required returns to HM Revenue & Customs. Long-term and consistent work may be available for a dependable officer who performs well in the role.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our services. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: · Your main responsibility will be to contact individuals who have approached us through our online lead generation campaigns to discuss their investment needs and requirements over the phone, using Zoom, meeting them face to face and also at any one of a number of regular events that we organise. · Conduct thorough research to identify their needs and build rapport. · Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve or exceed sales targets. · Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and understand their requirements. · Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals in a timely manner. · Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities. · Generate customer feedback and reviews. · Provide accurate sales and pipeline forecasts. · Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge and sales techniques through continuous learning and training. Qualifications: · Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the financial sector. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. · Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities. · Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. · Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. · Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. · Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
