Position We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Company Manager/Commercial Manager to oversee our cleaning service operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing commercial activities within a service-based environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth, enhance client relationships, and ensure operational efficiency. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing staff deployment, coordinating cleaning contracts, and optimising service delivery whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties • Lead and manage daily operational activities across cleaning sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards., • Oversee scheduling and staff allocation to ensure efficient service coverage and resource use., • Manage client accounts, including onboarding, service agreements, contract renewals, and customer satisfaction follow-up., • Develop and implement business development and service improvement strategies to support revenue growth., • Conduct staff induction, training, and development programmes to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce., • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in staff hours, rota records, and compliance with employment regulations., • Monitor staff performance through coaching, mentoring, and regular performance reviews., • Manage recruitment processes, including interviewing and selecting suitable cleaning operatives and supervisors., • Oversee procurement and stock control of cleaning materials, equipment, and PPE in a cost-efficient manner., • Ensure health and safety compliance, including risk assessments, site protocols, and COSHH requirements., • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships., • Experience / Qualifications, • 1–2 years’ proven experience in cleaning operations management, facilities management, hospitality supervision, or a similar commercial role., • Strong negotiation and client management skills, with the ability to maintain long-term service contracts., • Bilingual or multilingual abilities (preferred) for effective communication with diverse clients and staff., • Familiarity with scheduling systems, timesheet management, and service delivery reporting., • Experience in service-based marketing, customer retention strategies, or tendering processes., • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines efficiently., • Strong time management skills to prioritise operational and administrative responsibilities effectively., • A background in residential, office, or commercial cleaning services is advantageous but not essential.

What You’ll Do We've removed the cold calling. Your job is to close deals and get paid: • Speak with WARM, pre-qualified leads via Zoom which appointment setters have set for you (no cold calling), • Build rapport fast and uncover pain points, • Deliver high-converting pitches using our proven scripts, • Handle objections and close 2 deals MINIMUM per WEEK, • Manage pipeline and follow-ups in GoHighLevel, • Collaborate with appointment setters via Slack, • Hold brief (30-min) Zoom check-ins with signed clients every 30 days (temporary – bonus paid per review; task may be replaced by a CSM as we scale), • Guaranteed £1,000 Christmas Bonus (after 3 months of consistent performance), • Bonus: £750 if you close 10 clients/month(bonus may raise with long term success), • Path to promotion (Sales Manager role + potential monthly base on top of commission), • LONG TERM ONLY- Grow with us!, • Proven closer in digital marketing, SaaS, or service-based sales, • Fluent English speaker (UK or neutral accent preferred), • Obsessive about KPIs, performance, and closing, • Confident with Google Meet, Slack, GHL (or quick to learn), • Strong objection handler and fast-paced closer, • Available UK business hours (Mon–Thurs 9–5, Fri 9–2), • Closed £5K+ deals (in services, not ecom)., • Can close 2+/week blindfolded., • Communication and Customer Service skills, • Closings and Deal Closure abilities, • Experience with Escrow processes, • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets, • Strong negotiation skills, • Inbound warm leads via SMS & automation, • Proven scripts, SOPs, and Loom training videos, • Slack for team support, • GoHighLevel CRM, email and calendar access, • Are you comfortable with 100% commission?, • Can you work Mon–Thu 9–5 UK time?, • What’s your average closing rate?, • Your last 3 closes (niche/amount)., • Why do you want this role over a salaried job?
