You will carry out inventories, check-ins, check-outs and routine property inspections, helping our property management team identify maintenance, compliance and tenancy-related issues. This is a field-based role, so applicants must be comfortable travelling between properties and working independently. Key Responsibilities Property Inventories • Attend properties before the start of new tenancies., • Prepare detailed inventory and Schedule of Condition reports., • Record the condition of walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, fixtures and fittings., • Record furniture, appliances and other contents supplied with the property., • Take clear and comprehensive photographs of each room and relevant item., • Record meter readings where accessible., • Record the number and type of keys provided., • Identify existing damage, defects, marks and general wear., • Accurately describe the cleanliness and overall condition of the property., • Ensure reports are clear enough to provide evidence of the property’s condition at the start of a tenancy.
