This is a fast-paced, physically active role where no two days are the same. What You'll Be Doing As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process by: Loading components onto production frames and securing them correctly Moving products through various stages of the production line Removing completed components from clamps and fixtures Inspecting and packaging finished products ready for customer delivery Working safely and efficiently as part of a supportive team The products can be large and heavy, so this role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work and are comfortable with manual handling duties.
