They are now seeking an exceptional Executive Business Analyst to work directly alongside senior leadership within the Sourcing function. This is not a traditional analyst role. You’ll operate at the intersection of supply chain, engineering, strategy and executive decision-making — translating complex operational challenges into clear, actionable outcomes that influence business performance at the highest level. The Opportunity Working closely with the VP of Sourcing, you’ll play a critical role in driving strategic execution across a sophisticated global supply chain environment. You’ll help leadership teams make faster, smarter and more informed decisions by transforming technical and operational information into: • Executive-level insights, • Strategy papers and business cases, • Improvement roadmaps, • Supplier and sourcing strategies, • Performance and risk analysis, • Decision-ready briefing materials You’ll also take ownership of driving follow-through — ensuring strategic priorities become measurable actions across sourcing, supplier performance, quality and operational delivery. What You’ll Be Doing • Supporting executive leadership with high-quality strategic analysis and decision support, • Translating complex discussions into concise, commercially focused outputs, • Driving supply chain improvement initiatives across cost, quality and delivery, • Supporting supplier issue resolution and root cause analysis, • Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality and Operations teams, • Conducting market, supplier and risk analysis to support strategic decisions, • Creating structured executive briefing packs and performance insights, • Leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to improve workflow efficiency and output quality, • Ensuring strategic initiatives maintain momentum through effective coordination and follow-up What They’re Looking For This role would suit someone with a blend of analytical capability, operational understanding and executive-level communication skills. You may currently be working as a: • Business Analyst, • Supply Chain Analyst, • Continuous Improvement Specialist, • Operations Analyst, • Executive PMO / Strategic Projects professional, • Manufacturing or Engineering Analyst The ideal candidate will bring: • Experience within a fast-paced engineering, manufacturing or supply chain environment, • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, • The ability to synthesise complex information into clear recommendations, • Experience producing professional reports, presentations and strategic documentation, • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, • Exposure to technical manufacturing or engineering environments, • Confidence operating with senior leadership teams, • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve quality and speed of output, • Exposure to ERP systems, supply chain transformation or business case development would be advantageous.
