Intelligent Fingerprinting is looking for a motivated and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team. Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Operations Manager, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create personalised outreach strategies that engage key decision-makers across safety-critical industries, including construction, logistics, transport, and manufacturing. This role focuses on generating and qualifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with target accounts, and driving account growth to support our mission of advancing workplace safety through intelligent, non-invasive testing solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, confident in business-to-business (B2B) communication, and eager to contribute to a growing medical technology company making a measurable difference in employee health and wellbeing globally. Experience Essential: • Minimum of two years’ experience in Health and Safety, Human Resources, or Occupational Health (ideally in safety-critical sectors such as logistics or manufacturing), or, • Proven sales development experience in a safety-critical industry with a demonstrated record of meeting outreach targets. Key Responsibilities • Develop a deep understanding of target industries, company priorities, and pain points to create personalised outreach strategies and messaging., • Execute targeted multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, phone calls, and other channels identified as appropriate for each account) to engage high-value accounts., • Consistently create and qualify outbound leads to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality accounts., • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaign targeting., • Engage leads in conversations that uncover pain points, address objections, and move qualified prospects to the next stage of the sales cycle., • Coordinate and schedule calls or demos with qualified leads, including managing reschedules as necessary, and ensure a smooth handover to the relevant National Account Manager., • Achieve monthly activity and pipeline metrics as defined by the sales and marketing leadership, providing regular feedback to support continuous improvement., • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot (CRM), and track outreach activity to ensure visibility across campaigns and accounts., • Support the broader sales and marketing teams during key events, webinars, and campaigns by identifying relevant leads and leveraging assets to progress leads through the sales cycle. Competencies • Experienced in Workplace Health and Safety or safety-critical industries., • Thinks laterally, draws insights from data, and approaches outreach creatively., • Exercises sound judgment and remains composed under pressure., • Highly organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively., • Builds rapport with senior stakeholders through confident and engaging communication., • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment., • Resilient in the face of challenges, maintaining a positive and professional attitude., • Communicates clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally. Technical Skills • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems (advantageous but not essential).
