About the Role Level: 1 Department: Operations Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: Permanent The Client Onboarding and Maintenance Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth opening, maintenance, and transfer of client accounts. The role involves liaising with Investment Managers and their teams across the business to process account openings, amendments, and transfers for a wide range of account types including General Investment Accounts, ISAs, SIPPs, Offshore Bonds, Trusts, Charities, Corporates, and QROPS. Key Responsibilities: • Review account opening documentation and create accurate client records in the CRM system., • Perform AML and due diligence checks on new accounts and accounts changing service., • Liaise with Pension and Offshore Bond providers to obtain permissions where required., • Assist with transfers in and out of client portfolios and administration of deceased client accounts., • Independently research and maintain specialist data sets to support onboarding processes., • Collaborate with Front Office teams and Operations to ensure timely resolution of issues., • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Skills & Experience: • Previous experience in an operations role within Financial Services preferred., • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., WDX, Figaro) and intermediate MS Excel skills., • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage priorities., • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Investment Operations Certificate and AML qualifications desirable but not essential.
