Social Media marketing intern (would also consider graduates for a full time position) Location: Vauxhall London A bit about Sons: Sons was founded in 2019 by Will and Adrian, driven by their own struggles with hair loss and the lack of accessible, affordable treatment options. A bit about the role We’re looking for a creative, proactive Social Media & Content Intern to support the production, publishing and community management across Sons’ social channels. You’ll work closely with the social media and influencer marketing manager to help bring the brand to life daily. From ideating TikTok/Reels concepts to replying to DMs and helping manage our community with empathy and speed. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands current trends, has a strong creative instinct, and enjoys engaging with customers in a warm, human way. A bit about the responsibilities Content Creation & Planning • Support creation of high‑quality social content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, static posts, and LinkedIn., • Assist in researching trends, sounds, formats and competitor activity to inform content direction., • Help prepare shoot days (shot lists, props, locations); support on‑set where required., • Draft captions aligned with Sons’ tone of voice (informative, supportive, human)., • Assist in planning monthly content calendars and scheduling posts. Community Management • Help manage DMs and comments across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and occasionally LinkedIn., • Maintain rapid response times in working hours, aligned with Sons’ developing service‑level approach., • Flag customer service queries and ensure handover to the CS team where needed., • Identify and filter spam, inappropriate messages or irrelevant outreach., • Log recurring questions or insights to support improvements in customer communication., • Influencer & Ambassador Support, • Assist with outreach, warm‑up interactions and communications with creators., • Maintain tracking sheets for inbound creator interest and outreach status., • Prepare briefs and support campaign coordination. Insights & Reporting • Gather weekly insights on content performance, DM volumes and categories, trending topics and audience behaviour., • Present findings to the marketing team., • Work with Customer Service on handover of product/order questions., • Support brand, medical and creative teams with social‑ready assets and messaging., • Liaise with external partners on content and posting workflows. A bit about you • Genuine passion for social media, TikTok culture, short‑form video and online communities., • Strong written communication skills., • Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling., • Highly organised with strong attention to detail., • Confident engaging with customers online. Nice to have • Experience in video editing., • Prior experience running personal or brand accounts., • Understanding of influencer/ambassador marketing., • Interest in men’s health, wellness, or consumer brands.
