Procurement Manager 📍 Bridgend, Wales, Monday to Friday, Full time Site Based We are supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the appointment of an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing across domestic and international supply markets. This role is critical to ensuring continuity of supply, value for money, and technically compliant sourcing of raw materials, goods, and services. You will manage and develop a buying team while remaining hands-on in supplier negotiations, cost control, and market analysis. The Role As Procurement Manager, you will take ownership of strategic and operational procurement activities, ensuring the business achieves optimal cost, quality, service, and working capital performance. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Planning, Production, and Commercial teams to ensure suppliers are aligned to business needs and future growth. You will play a key role in driving cost savings, supplier performance, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement, while ensuring all purchasing activity is compliant with legal and company requirements.
