Job Title: Client Services Executive (Travel) Location: Chester City Centre Contract Details: Permanent One of our long-standing loyal clients are looking for their next addition to the Client Services Team! Responsibilities: Join our vibrant team as a Client Services Executive! Your role will be pivotal in supporting our luxury sales team to ensure seamless holiday experiences for our clients. Here’s what you’ll be doing: • Provide administrative support by processing and managing holiday bookings efficiently., • Collate and deliver timely information for quotes, inquiries, and confirmed bookings, always with a professional touch., • Prepare engaging presentations of information following our company guidelines and communicate directly with clients and agents via email and phone., • Proactively liaise with suppliers, hotels, and partners to secure confirmations and gather essential booking details., • Book ancillary and concierge services while meticulously arranging special customer requests to surpass expectations., • Maintain accurate records in our booking systems and CRM, keeping customer information up to date., • Conduct thorough reconfirmation of holiday arrangements before departure, quickly troubleshooting any issues., • Issue client documentation including invoices and final travel documents with precision., • Handle post-booking support, including amendments and cancellations, ensuring every client feels valued. Education, Skills & Experience: What you’ll bring to the table: • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Proficiency in MS Office applications., • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a travel-related role is a plus., • Familiarity with travel systems is preferred., • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team., • A passion for travel and insights into the tour operator industry will set you apart., • Proven capability to manage competing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment., • A strong motivation to deliver excellent service consistently.
