Job Duties: • Preparation of materials to be used in the production of the heating elements, • Keep working areas organised, clean and tidy, • Screening and quality checking of the components, • Resistive wire coiling, • Spot welding, • Ultrasonic cleaning of the components, • General production of heating elements using a various number of machines such as filling machine, rolling machine, skinning machine, press, CNC bending machines, powder digging and chamfering machines, • Annealing of heating element rods, • Potting ends of heating elements, • Quality checks of completed products including Ohm and flash testing, • Maintain tooling and machines to keep in good working condition and report any potential issues with tooling to the Supervisor, • Adhere to all safety guidelines dictating the production and handling of materials in the factory and report safety concerns to the Supervisor, • Help other staff members on production during peak periods to ensure that all deadlines are met Requirements: • Operating of CNC bending machines, rolling machine, skinning machine, press, CNC bending machines, powder digging and chamfering machines, • Resistive wire coiling, • Spot welding, • Good understanding of quality control principles, • Good communication skills (verbal and written), • Excellent hand-eye coordination, • Willingness to be part of a team Hourly Rate: £12.50 PAYE plus over time rate 45 Hours per Week Temp to Perm position At first instant, please send your CV and one of the consultants will call you to discuss this position and other available opportunities with you.
