Main Duties: Campaign Management ? Work across a variety of brands, managing and executing paid media campaigns.? Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across predominately Google & Bing Ads, plus Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Tik Tok Ads. Contributing to maintain Google Partner status.? Optimise account performance by monitoring key metrics, such as Click-Through-Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA), and Return-On-Ad-Spend (ROAS).? Conduct A/B testing on Ads to improve campaign performance, assist in asset creation and enhance audience engagement.Data Analysis & Reporting? Monitor campaign performance, analysing data and trends to provide actionable insights and adjust strategies as needed.?
