Over 500 new generation MOKEs have been built to date. In 2022 we were the first heritage automotive brand to go 100% Electric. What you’ll be doing The Supply Chain Analyst supports end-to-end automotive supply chain operations by analysing material flow, inventory, supplier performance, and production alignment. This role focuses on ensuring continuity of supply to manufacturing plants, whilst optimising inventory levels, and reducing costs. Key Responsibilities • Analyse automotive supply chain data related to materials, components, and finished goods, • Monitor and report KPIs including inventory turns, line-side shortages, premium freight, supplier OTIF, and production adherence, • Support demand and production planning in alignment with OEM schedules and build plans, • Evaluate supplier capacity, lead times, and performance; support supplier risk assessments, • Identify root causes of material shortages, line disruptions, and premium freight usage, • Support change management for engineering changes, model year transitions, and ramp-ups, • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, quality, and engineering teams, • Support cost reduction initiatives related to inventory, logistics, packaging, and freight, • Maintain data accuracy across MRP and supporting systems, • Support contingency planning and scenario analysis for supply disruptions What we’re looking for • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field, • 2–5 years of experience in automotive supply chain, materials planning, or manufacturing operations, • Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis), • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (ideally FactoryMaster), • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment, • Strong communication skills with internal teams and external suppliers, • Knowledge of MRP and lean manufacturing principles, • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred, • Experience in OEM, Tier 1, or Tier 2 automotive manufacturing environments, • Manufacturing and production mindset, • Data-driven decision making, • Attention to detail and urgency management, • Cross-functional collaboration, • Continuous improvement and lean thinking, • Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment What we offer If you’re passionate about manufacturing, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to play a key role in the growth of a British automotive brand, we’d love to hear from you.
