Conveyancing Paralegal – Southam Our Client is a respected and growing law firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to provide essential support to its busy Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing who is looking to develop further within a professional and supportive environment. Job Purpose: • Provide comprehensive Administrative and Paralegal support to a fast-paced Property Department, • Handle client enquiries both over the phone and in person; provide regular updates to clients and estate agents, • Open and prepare new client files; manage file progression through to post-completion and archiving, • Carry out dictation tasks as required, • Obtain and verify documentation for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, • Update case progress on LMS and Lender Exchange platforms, • Submit registrations with the Land Registry and manage requisitions, • Ensure all work is CQS-compliant and meets regulatory standards, • Scan and allocate post to both physical and digital files, • Handle client and office ledgers and perform general administrative tasks, • Attend departmental and firm-wide meetings, • Use the firm’s case management system proficiently, • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Residential Conveyancing department, • Solid understanding of the full conveyancing process, • Experience with LMS, Lender Exchange and Land Registry systems, • Previous support for fee earners in a legal environment, • Excellent client care and interpersonal communication skills, • Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail, • Confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Windows and case management systems (Tikit knowledge is advantageous), • Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in career progression, • Friendly and collaborative working culture, • Opportunity to develop skills and take on more responsibility, • Exposure to a wide range of property law matters #INDMADN
