Job Description: As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for selecting products from shelves, packing them efficiently, and preparing them for delivery or customer pick-up. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick products from shelves based on customer orders. Packing: Pack items securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Quality Control: Check products for any defects or damages before packing. Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels and report any discrepancies. Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or supermarket environment is preferred but not required. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 30kg. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality. Time Management: Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. Team Player: Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment. Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
