These adventures include structured play, enrichment, and manners training, all supported by strong safety systems. At the heart of our club is a deep love for Cockapoos. We treat each one as part of our extended family. We believe in building strong bonds with every Cockapoo, supporting their individual needs, and having plenty of fun along the way. We’re proud of our friendly, hardworking team and are now looking for another dedicated, proactive, and caring person to join us. Full training and support will be provided, and you will start out by shadowing experienced team members as you learn the ropes. About the Role Your main responsibility will be to collect Cockapoos from their homes, transport them safely to adventure locations, walk them (up to 10km a day), play with them, supervise their behaviour, and then wash, dry, and return them safely home. You will be working outdoors in all weather and need to be physically fit as the role will require you to lift Cockapoos in and out of van crates, dress and undress them in Equafleeces, cooling jackets and cleaning them after walks. You’ll also need to be comfortable with the messier side of Cockapoo life, whether it’s muddy paws or the occasional less-than-glamorous moment e.g. unexpected rolls in whatever they fancy. It’s all part of the adventure, and we handle it with a sense of humour, a good wash, and lots of love for our fluffy explorers! Strong communication is key, both within our team and with our clients. You’ll be friendly and professional when chatting with owners during pick-ups and drop-offs, and you’ll work closely with your colleagues to help the day run smoothly. We really value people who think ahead, spot potential issues, and share helpful suggestions. We’re looking for someone who uses their initiative, who can stay calm, solve problems, and be part of a supportive team. Whether you’re out on your own or working in a team, a confident, solution-focused attitude helps keep everything running smoothly for the team, the clients, and most importantly, the Cockapoos. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are: · Passionate about Cockapoos and genuinely enjoy being around them. · Reliable, trustworthy, and calm under pressure. · A good communicator with a friendly, approachable manner. · Physically fit and happy to be active all day outdoors. · Confident working both alone and in a small, supportive team. · Organised, focused, and able to follow routines and procedures. · Positive, playful, and patient, especially with Cockapoos that need extra encouragement. Requirements: ✅ Over 4 years driving experience and used to driving in London, clean driving licence (for insurance purposes) ✅ Confident, careful driver with experience driving a small van ✅ Comfortable handling Cockapoos on and off lead ✅ Excellent spoken English and customer service skills ✅ Able to commit to the role for at least 12 months, as training, bonding with the dogs and clients takes time. ✅ Willing to work in all weather, all year round ✅ Well-presented – uniform provided ✅ Confident using apps/technology ✅ Able to walk up to 10km per day and lift Cockapoos (up to 15kg) ✅ Willing to undergo a DBS and reference check We would love to hear from you if you consider yourself to be kind, motivated, calm under pressure, love Cockapoos (of course!), and take pride in being dependable and helpful. A great sense of humour helps too, especially when the weather’s wild and the Cockapoos are muddy. If you are ready to be part of a friendly, hardworking team working with truly joyful Cockapoos every day, then get in touch. To be considered for the role, please include a short cover letter (around 150–250 words) telling us: · Why you’d be a great fit for this role · Any relevant experience with dogs · Your current location and commute time to Dulwich · What makes you feel this is a role you would enjoy and want to commit to for at least the next 12 months and possibly longer We can’t wait to hear from you!
