Key Responsibilities • Proactively engage with potential customers and identify their needs., • Deliver engaging product presentations and close sales confidently., • Maintain long-term, positive customer relationships., • Collaborate with team members to share successful strategies., • Manage your time effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets. What We’re Looking For • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn., • Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential., • Strong organisational and time management skills., • Must have the legal right to work in the UK (cannot accept Tier 4 student visas).     We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our hotel operations efficiently and effectively. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & People Management • Lead, coach, and motivate all hotel staff to achieve high performance., • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members., • Monitor staff performance and address issues consistently., • Create development plans and support career growth for staff. Guest Experience & Quality Standards • Ensure every guest receives excellent service throughout their stay., • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, turning issues into improvements., • Maintain high standards in rooms, public areas, and service delivery. Operational Management • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth workflow between departments., • Ensure rooms and public areas are maintained to brand or hotel standards., • Ensure timely reporting and follow-up on repairs or maintenance needs. Compliance, Health & Safety • Ensure adherence to health & safety procedures and legal requirements., • Monitor and enforce compliance with hotel standards and SOPs., • Manage daily health & safety tasks including incident reporting and audits. Financial & Administrative Duties • Monitor budgets, control costs, and assist with financial reporting., • Manage rotas, banking responsibilities, and administrative tasks., • Review operational performance and set goals for improvement. Performance & Improvement • Analyze guest feedback, audit results, and performance data to create action plans., • Work with leadership to implement enhancements to service or operations., • Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the team. Skills & Requirements • Minimum 3 years’ hotel management or senior hospitality operations experience., • Strong leadership and team development skills., • Excellent customer service and communication abilities., • Experience in handling budgets, reporting, and administrative duties., • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems., • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
